Praise the Lord! Awesome day – awesome moments . . .

I have been having an awesome time in the Lord all week long. I have been just been blessed these last few weeks. Of course the enemy is attacking but it is okay cause my focus is on Jesus. Pray for Jonathan as his good behavior only lasted for a few days – we are not at our wits end as the enemy would like for us to be but we have a solid plan and moving forward in Jesus. God is good – thankful oh so thankful.

Last week I was really just trying to keep focused on the Lord and the television has been off in my house – I was listening to the word and just making sure that the atmosphere in my home was that of the Lord. This week the same thing, as I have been making sure I have been following in the WL4J Weekly Challenge – but there is one thing that I did notice about this challenge. If you are reading/listening to the word of the Lord for at least 10 chapters – you spend more time praying to Him.

I have also been doing the bible lessons on www.bbnradio.org – the BBN Bible Institute – not a degree program but a free program. I have completed one of the divisions and working on three different studies right now. Have not done too much of anything else but feel so compelled to do these studies that all else must wait until I am done, but it is awesome the doors and realizations that come to me.

I have finished listening to the Left Behind Dramatic series (www.oneplace.com) online – it is really something and such an eye opener to me. It brought some of the things I am studying clearer to me. I have been really questioning the return of Jesus and wanting a better understanding than I had before and all we have to have is the desire and God will provide the answers.

It is awesome how He is doing that! He is showing and opening doors of my learning beyond what I thought He would ever do. All I did was ask and follow through. I am just a blessed woman! I am so thankful for the learning.

So many times we say we want a closer walk with the Lord but yet we remain where we are without trusting Him and moving forward in Him! I am truly thankful to the Lord for His mighty blessings of showing me that if I want to be closer to Him – I need to do what it takes on my part to be closer to Him and that is to get into His word. I look forward to getting into my studies this evening after work and after running around for a minute with my son.

God is good and I know He will direct our studies in Him if we just seek Him and be committed – where is your commitment today? It is not for my good but for your own good – for do you truly know that you are spending all eternity with the Lord and if not – you should – come join me on this learning journey – trust the Lord – it is truly worth your soul to do so!
